Basic semi-automatic welding course (Hanjidou)


Within the field of welding in Japan, 70% of the work is carried out with semi-automatic welding (Hanjidou 半自動), also known as "waiya welding". Within this welding process, the terms CO2 (Tansan gasu), MAG (Kongo gasu), and MIG (Arugon gasu) are most often used, determined directly by the protective gas (Shirudo gasu), which is applied.

One machine per person: All the time the student has a machine for his personal use.

1. Do you deliver a certificate of the course? Yes, a certificate of completion of the course.

2. Is the course valid throughout Japan? Yes, if you have completed and completed a theoretical and practical welding course. This certificate is not a license but adds a lot of points to your resume when you apply for a job.

3. In what language is the course taught? The tutors teach the courses in Spanish, Portuguese and Japanese according to the student's needs.

4. Do you have a government subsidy? No, this course is fully funded by the FWAJ.

5. Why are the prices so low? We are a non-profit association and only the expenses of each course and materials are charged.

6. Is this a JIS welding certification? This is a basic course, to obtain a JIS certification it is necessary to take a written and practical exam. One of the services we also perform is the advice, preparation and training so that the applicant is able to take his exam.
